By creating an account or using any part of the Today's 25 platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Today's 25 is a computer-based test (CBT) platform that provides daily current affairs MCQs for competitive exam aspirants.

Free users may access the daily mock test (5 questions). Paid subscribers get access to the full 25-question daily test, performance analytics, and leaderboard.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Subscriptions are available on a monthly (₹99) or annual (₹999) basis.

Payments are processed via UPI. After payment, you must submit your transaction ID (UTR) through the platform for manual verification and activation.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or our systems.

You must not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single subscription.

Automated access, scraping, or any attempt to extract questions or content in bulk is strictly prohibited.

All content on the platform, including questions, explanations, and design, is the intellectual property of Today's 25 and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written permission.

The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that questions will be free of inaccuracies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Today's 25 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity (such as submitting false payment claims).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
